What Gesture Bank stores, which cookies it uses, and how advertising works on the site.
What we collect
Browsing and search need no account. If you create one, we store your name, email address and sign-in method (email and password, Google or GitHub), plus the poses you save as favorites and your 18+ preference. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
Cookies
We use a few first-party cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, NEXT_LOCALE for your language, and gb_sensitive after you confirm you are 18 or older. Your theme choice stays in your browser's local storage.
Advertising
Some pages show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown. Pages with 18+ content never show ads.
Where data is processed
The site runs on Cloudflare, which hosts the pages, database and images. Signing in with Google or GitHub shares only the basic profile those services return: name, email address and avatar.
Your choices
You can browse without an account, sign out at any time, remove favorites, and clear cookies in your browser. You can turn off personalized ads in Google's Ads Settings.
